I. Order Placement
How do I add items to my cart?
Navigate to the product page, select your preferred option, and click Add to Cart. You can update quantities or remove items directly from your cart before checkout.
How do I place my order?
Add items to your cart and click Checkout. Enter your shipping info, apply any discount code, then complete payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. You'll receive an order confirmation email once submitted.
How do I know my order was successfully submitted?
You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at support@prorver.com.
II. Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Where will my order ship from?
All PRO-RVER orders are fulfilled from our U.S.-based warehouse.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your package.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are only allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. Email support@prorver.com with your order number immediately. After 24 hours, orders are final.
III. Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Is it safe to use my credit card on prorver.com?
Yes. Our site is SSL-secured and all payment data is encrypted. Your information is never shared or sold.
IV. Product & Compatibility
What products does PRO-RVER sell?
PRO-RVER specializes in premium RV accessories including sewer hose connectors, water inlet sets, and other essential RV components.
Is the PRO-RVER sewer connector compatible with my RV hose?
The PRO-RVER Push & Lock sewer connector is specifically designed for Camco sewer hoses. Please verify compatibility before purchasing. Questions? Email support@prorver.com.
Is product quality guaranteed?
Yes. All PRO-RVER products are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
V. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back.
- Free return shipping within 30 days — we'll provide a prepaid return label
- Items returned for "does not fit / not compatible" are not eligible for refund
How do I start a return?
- Email support@prorver.com with your order number and return reason
- We'll send you an RMA number and a prepaid return label
- Ship within the return window and share your tracking number with us
- Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after inspection
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. Simply email support@prorver.com with your order number. After 24 hours, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prorver.com with photos or video. If approved, we'll send a prepaid return label and process a replacement.
What if my package shows delivered but I didn't receive it?
If carrier tracking confirms delivery, PRORVER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk, and contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
