All orders are shipped from our Dallas, Texas facility (11311 Harry Hines Blvd Ste 501, Dallas TX 75229).
We use trusted carriers including USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground for domestic orders, and USPS International or UPS Standard for Canada deliveries.

🇺🇸 Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

We currently ship anywhere within the continental United States.

  • 0 – 1 lb: $4.99 (3 – 5 business days)

  • 1 – 5 lb: $7.99 (3 – 5 business days)

  • 5 – 20 lb: $17.99 (3 – 5 business days)

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

🇨🇦 Canada Shipping

Shipping rates to Canada are automatically calculated in real-time based on current USPS and UPS carrier rates at checkout.
Delivery time typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country.
Customers are responsible for any additional fees at delivery.

🕒 Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the email you used at checkout once your order is dispatched.
